Leadership & board

Accountability starts with knowing who is responsible

The foundation is finalizing its board and operating structure. This page will become the public home for leadership roles, board membership, and the responsibilities attached to each position.

Current status

We will publish people only when the structure is real and confirmed.

Rather than filling this page with placeholder names or titles, the foundation will add leadership and board information after roles are formally established and approved for public release.

That keeps this page useful as a source of accountability instead of turning it into a marketing page that gets ahead of the organization's actual governance.

How responsibility is divided

A healthy organization should not depend on one person making every decision.

Board oversight

The board is responsible for safeguarding the charitable mission, providing fiduciary oversight, addressing conflicts of interest, and reviewing major organizational decisions.

Executive leadership

Day-to-day leaders are responsible for carrying out board-approved direction, building programs and systems, managing operations, and reporting progress and risks back to the board.

Independent review

Decisions involving compensation, conflicts, related parties, or other matters where independence matters should be reviewed by people who do not have a personal interest in the outcome.

What we intend to publish

Leadership transparency should be specific enough to be useful.

Names and roles of board members once the board structure is finalized
Leadership biographies focused on relevant experience and responsibilities
Clear identification of officers and key decision-making roles
Updates when leadership or board membership materially changes

Governance policies

See the policy library for privacy, conflict-of-interest, and other governance work as it is developed and adopted.
