Start with a short request
A future intake form will ask only for enough information to understand the situation and determine whether the request fits the foundation's scope.
Request help
Heart and Hands Relief Foundation is building a request process centered on dignity, consistency, privacy, and responsible stewardship. The formal application is not open yet.
Current status
We are intentionally not collecting detailed hardship documentation through an ordinary website form or email while eligibility, privacy, security, and review procedures are still being adopted.
What to expect
Applicants should not have to navigate an unnecessarily complicated process just to ask for help.
A future intake form will ask only for enough information to understand the situation and determine whether the request fits the foundation's scope.
If additional information is needed, applicants will be told what is required and how to provide it through an approved secure process.
Applicants should receive a decision, a request for more information, or a referral when another resource is more appropriate.
What you can prepare
When applications open, having these basics available should help make the initial request easier.
What not to send yet
Until a secure intake process is available, please do not send highly sensitive records through general email or contact forms.
How requests will be reviewed
Final eligibility criteria and funding limits are still being adopted. When the program opens, decisions will depend on the nature of the need, applicable policies, available funding, and the foundation's ability to respond responsibly.
If Heart and Hands cannot provide assistance, the goal is still to communicate respectfully and, where practical, help identify another resource that may be a better fit.
Learn about the relief model →Emergency situations
If you are in immediate danger or facing an urgent medical, safety, housing, or other crisis that cannot wait for a charitable review process, contact the appropriate emergency service or established local crisis resource rather than waiting for a response from the foundation.
Need to reach us now?
You can contact the foundation about the upcoming relief program, but please do not send sensitive documents or detailed financial information through ordinary email.
